Haddon Heights...celebrating 102 years of community!

Mayor Susan R. Griffith opened the Special Meeting stating that a notice of this meeting had been duly advertised in the Courier Post.

Under roll call the following council members were present:  Councilwoman Haven, Cortese and Sheilds, Councilmen Shopp and Ottoman.  Councilman Witzig and Solicitor John B. Kearney were absent.

New Business:

Resolution 2006:114 – Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Tax Anticipation Notes of the Borough of Haddon Heights in the Principal Amount of Up to $1,500,000.

Motion to adopt Resolution 2006:114 was made by Council President Trish Sheilds, seconded by Councilman Thomas Ottoson.  Under roll call all members present voted yes.

Resolution 2006:115 – Resolution Authorizing Payment of $73,196.99 to the Haddon Heights School Board.

Motion to adopt Resolution 2006:115 was made by Council President Trish Sheilds, seconded by Councilwoman Barbara Cortese.  Under roll call all members present voted yes.

The Mayor called for comments from the public.  There were none.

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilwoman Barbara Cortese, seconded by Councilman Gordon Shopp.  All members present were in favor.
