Council President Fetter opened the special meeting at 6:35pm.

He then stated, “In accordance with Section 5 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, notice of this meeting was posted on the bulletin board designed for that purpose and notice was mailed to the official newspaper provided by Resolution adopted January 3, 2009”. Adequate notice was provided regarding this special meeting.

Under Roll Call the following council members were present: Council President Fetter, Councilmen Wentz and Haggerty, Councilwoman Sheilds, Solicitor Robert Gleaner and Deputy Clerk Marie Holcombe. Absent were Councilwomen Fitzgerald and Lange, Mayor Alexander.

There were no public present.

Resolution 2009:130 – Resolution Authorizing Deputy Borough Clerk Marie Holcombe to Sign Checks

Motion was made by Councilwoman Sheilds to adopt Resolution 2009:130, seconded by Councilman Haggerty. Motion carried. Under roll call, all members present were in favor.

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilwoman Sheilds, seconded by Councilman Wentz. All members present were in favor.
