Trash and Recycling Sealed Bids

Sealed bids will be received by the Borough Clerk on APRIL 28, 2010, 10AM (local time) at the Municipal Building, 625 Station Avenue, Haddon Heights, New Jersey 08035 for the purpose of securing sealed bids for Trash and Recycling Pick Up and Disposal. Specifications may be obtained from the Borough Clerk's office between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday at the Municipal Building.

The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept that proposal which is considered in the best interest of the Borough. Bidders are required to comply with P.L. 1975, c 127, and must supply the following documentation with their bids: Partnership or Corporation Statement, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Surety Bond, Affirmative Action Statement, and list of political contributions for 2009 (if no political contributions were made by your company or any officers of your company, include a statement as such on company letterhead). A bid bond, certified check or money order in the amount of 10% of the total bid proposal, not to exceed $20,000. New Jersey Business Registration is also required in accordance with NJSA 40A 11-23.2.
Proposals must be in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the bidder and clearly marked "TRASH/RECYCLING PICK UP".
